Background

I build software. Most of my time goes into full-stack web work — PHP and MySQL on the server, JavaScript and TypeScript in the browser — along with the REST APIs that connect them and the desktop and mobile applications that sit alongside.

What I enjoy is the part that never shows up in a screenshot: the schema, the request lifecycle, what the system does on the third failure rather than the first. Getting that right is what decides whether a thing is still maintainable in a year.

I care as much about the communication as the technical side. Knowing who you are building for, and being able to explain a trade-off to someone who does not write code, decides whether the work lands. The code is the easy part.

Alongside the development work I have solid experience in management and administrative tasks: keeping a project organised, handling the process end to end, and getting to the result that was actually asked for.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology Engineering from Erbil Polytechnic University. Based in Erbil, and willing to relocate.
